Shipping and Returns
In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days pursuant to Art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 from the date of receipt of the products.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must follow 3 simple steps:
1) send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating: order number - order date - the product(s) for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal (possibly indicating the code/item name).
For the credit transfer, it is always preferable that the customer also provides his bank details (IBAN code), which we will use for the refund.
2) Wait for our return authorisation e-mail.
3) Within 15 days of receipt of our e-mail authorising the return, send the products subject to withdrawal to the following address: Parmon S.p.A - S.S. 192 - Km 73 - C.da Piraino - 95032 - Belpasso (CT). We will refund the products subject to the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receipt of the goods upon verification of the integrity of the products and absence of damage or deterioration due to use. This reimbursement does not include shipping costs, in accordance with Article 57 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005. All requests sent to email addresses other than email@example.com or sent after the deadline indicated above will be considered inadmissible.
In the event of order cancellation prior to delivery and/or refusal of the goods or if the customer is not available for delivery and the goods are returned to the warehouse and thus to the sender, the customer shall be refunded the sum paid net of transport costs incurred by Ydù Care.
In general, insofar as not expressly stated, the statutory provisions on distance contracts apply. All disputes are subject to Italian jurisdiction. The return of the goods shall follow precise instructions from Ydù Care following the submission of the return declaration. The goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, complete with all parts and with an attached declaration. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Ydù Care shall refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the returned products and object of the withdrawal, including any shipping costs where paid by Ydù Care. Generally, the refund will be made via the same method of payment chosen by the purchaser at the time of purchase. In the case of payment by bank transfer, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the purchaser must provide the bank details: IBAN SWIFT and/or BIC required to make the reimbursement.
In the case of damaged goods or goods with obvious manufacturing defects, the problem must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 48 hours after receipt of the goods. All reports sent after this deadline or to other email addresses will be considered inadmissible. Furthermore, the product must not have been used in order to be replaced. Please note that proof of receipt of a damaged product is always the responsibility of the purchaser.
We strive to have the goods shipped within 24 hours of the order. This value is purely indicative and may be subject to change in the event of unavailability of goods or incoming goods. Once the goods have been handed over to the courier, delivery will take place within national delivery times, on average within 2-3 working days.
Any delays in delivery by the courier company in charge are not attributable to Ydù Care and cannot be managed by it. The goods to be delivered can be tracked directly by the customer using the tracking code provided by Ydù Care. The goods are delivered by national couriers at street level. Any additional delivery information or services may be requested directly from the courier by the end customer, without any intermediary obligation on the part of Ydù Care.
