The General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission, acceptance, shipping, terms of purchase and right of withdrawal of orders for the purchase of products on the website between the users of the website and the company Parmon S.p.A, while they do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by different parties that are present on the website through hypertext links, links or banners. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are periodically amended by Parmon S.p.A. according to the development of its business and the market, as well as in compliance with any updates and changes in the law.  If the subject matter of the contract concerns recurring services (subscription), we and/or our payment service provider store the customer's payment data required for recurring payments (e.g. your credit card number). This data is processed in accordance with the European legislation implementing GDPR 679/2016, whose references can be found in the privacy section, and used exclusively to charge the recurring purchase price on the selected payment method, the amount of which depends on the products included in the subscription.

 The customer accepts the data storage and recurring payment mentioned above.


Product availability

Product availability refers to actual availability at the time the buyer places the order. This availability must in any case be considered purely indicative since, due to the simultaneous presence of several users on the website, products may be sold to other customers before the order is confirmed.

Cases of total or partial unavailability of the goods may occur, even after the order confirmation email has been sent; in this eventuality, the customer will be promptly informed by email and, in the case of prepayment, a postponement of delivery or a refund method will be agreed with the customer.

 Should the customer request the cancellation of the order pursuant to Art. 206/2005, Ydù Care shall refund the amount paid within 14 days after Ydù Care has become aware of the purchaser's decision to withdraw and/or terminate the contract.



The price of the products will be as indicated on the website from time to time and may vary according to market conditions and fluctuations in the price of raw materials for the products. Should there be an error in the sales price, Ydù Care shall notify the purchaser as soon as possible, enabling confirmation of the order at the correct amount or cancellation. In any event, there shall be no obligation on Ydù Care to deliver what was sold at the lower price that was erroneously indicated. Prices include VAT and do not include shipping costs, the cost of which will be appropriately indicated at check-out. Once the desired products have been selected, they will be added to the shopping cart. Simply follow the purchase instructions by entering or verifying the required information at each step of the process. Order details may be changed before payment.

Ydù Care ships throughout Italy; deliveries will be made to the address selected by the user during the acquisition of the shipping data, which we remind you will be processed in compliance with GDPR 679/2016 privacy section of the website, within the estimated time at the time of selection of the delivery method and, in any case, within thirty days from the date of confirmation, except in the event of unforeseeable circumstances and force majeure. If delivery is not possible, the order will be sent to the warehouse of the forwarding agent entrusted with the delivery of the goods. In such a case, it shall be the customer's responsibility to consult the delivery tracking and establish a new delivery date. If the delivery does not take place for reasons not attributable to Ydù Care after thirty days from the date of delivery, we shall assume that the contract is rescinded. As a consequence of the termination of the contract, the amounts will be returned. The cost of transport resulting from the termination of the contract will be charged to the customer.


Passing of the risk

The risks relating to the loss of the products shall be borne by the purchaser from the moment of their delivery to the forwarding agent in charge of delivery. Ownership of the goods shall be deemed to have been acquired upon receipt of full payment of all sums due including shipping costs, or upon delivery if this occurs at a later date.


Warranty and commercial compliance

The seller is liable for any defect in the products offered on the website, including non-conformity of the items to the products ordered, pursuant to the provisions of Italian law.

The guarantee stipulated by the purchaser as a consumer is valid provided that the defect manifests itself within 24 months from the date of delivery of the products, that the purchaser submits a formal complaint regarding the defect within a maximum of two months from the date on which the defect was recognised by the purchaser, and that the online return form is correctly completed. In the event of non-conformity, the purchaser shall be entitled to have the conformity of the goods restored free of charge by replacement or to obtain an appropriate refund or to have the contract rescinded in respect of the disputed goods and the price refunded accordingly.



In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days pursuant to Art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 from the date of receipt of the products. If the user wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, he must:

 1) Send an e-mail to within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating: order number - order date - the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating the article code - your bank details (IBAN code), which we will use for the refund in case you paid by bank transfer.

2) Wait for our return authorisation e-mail.

 3) We shall refund the products subject to the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receipt of the goods upon verification of the integrity of the product and the absence of any damage or deterioration due to the use referred to below. This reimbursement does not include shipping costs, in accordance with Article 57 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005.


In the event of collection by Ydù Care, this will be carried out up to a maximum of two times. In the event that the customer is not present during the pick-up phase or the goods are not in a condition to be collected by the courier, the customer may request further pick-ups only at his or her own expense.

 In the event of order cancellation after dispatch, Ydù Care shall be entitled to claim from the customer the costs incurred in sending the goods and returning them to the warehouse in accordance with the terms and conditions provided for by law in all locations.

 In general, insofar as not expressly stated, the statutory provisions on distance contracts apply. All disputes are subject to Italian jurisdiction. The return of the goods shall follow precise instructions from Ydù Care following the submission of the return declaration. The goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, complete with all parts and with the declaration attached. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the website shall refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the returned product and object of the withdrawal, including any shipping costs where borne by Ydù Care. The website will make the refund using the same payment method chosen by the purchaser at the time of purchase. In the case of payment by bank transfer, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the purchaser must provide his/her bank details: IBAN SWIFT and BIC required to make the reimbursement.



Processing of personal data

The purchaser's data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as indicated in the section containing the information pursuant to Article 13 EU Regulation 2016/679 (Privacy Policy)

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law and therefore subject exclusively to Italian law.


Any disputes inherent and/or consequent thereto shall be settled exclusively by the Italian courts. Considering the users addressed by Ydù Care as end-consumers, any disputes shall be settled by the court of the place of domicile or residence of the same according to the applicable law.
