How can I choose a nappy?

Ydù allows you to go and configure the perfect nappy for your baby by answering a simple questionnaire. Click on 'Make your own nappy' and answer the simple questions you will be asked. Once you have completed the questionnaire, the ideal product for you and your child will appear and you can proceed with your subscription with no constraints.

How can I request a trial package?

If the configured product does not convince you, you have an alternative available that is always in line with your selected features. If the alternative is also not to your liking, on the same page you will find a link to request the trial package. A template will open for you to send us an e-mail with your request.

How can I make a return?

You can make a return by sending an e-mail to info@yducare.com within 14 days of receiving the products, explaining the reason for requesting the return. You will be contacted as soon as possible.

Is it possible to change my subscription?

Yes, you can change your subscription, anticipate or postpone the delivery up to 6 days before the scheduled delivery date. Log in to your reserved area and click on 'edit'.

How can I cancel my subscription?

If something does not convince you or you have had any problems, talk to us. No one is infallible but we will certainly find a solution because we would be very sorry if you left us.

If for other reasons you still wish to cancel your subscription, log into your account, open 'information' from the drop-down menu and immediately afterwards 'my subscriptions'. Click on edit and you can cancel your subscription with no constraints or penalties.

After how long will I receive my order?

You will receive your order comfortably at home or at the address you have provided approximately 4-5 working days after order confirmation and payment.

How can I see my orders?

Log in to your account and select 'Order history and details' to find all the information you need. For any further questions or additional information, you can always write to us at info@yducare.com.

What are the shipping costs?

Ydù always gives you free shipping! You only have to worry about configuring your product and choosing your patterns. We will comfortably deliver your box to your home at no extra cost.

I no longer want to receive newsletters, how can I unsubscribe?

If there is something that has annoyed you or some content you do not like, you can always write an e-mail to info@yducare.com, we are always happy to receive your feedback that helps us to grow and improve.

However, if you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you can click on the 'unsubscribe' link you will find within each communication.
